My Counselling Approach

Through warmth, compassion and collaboration, I aim to provide a safe place for you to share your experience. I align with a therapy that allows me to co-create a space with you, where together, as your story unfolds, you feel seen, heard, understood and guided forward.
You are a human that was hurt in some way and you made your way without the help you needed. Our natural inclination is to repel the pain but that is where the healing happens. It is through it that you find resilience, emotional balance, needed safety, connection, healing and the prospects for your life and identity.

This work takes time. It includes life skills, healing therapies, and elements of coaching.​
