Our work focuses on gently understanding what's happening beneath the surface, at your pace and without judgment.
I draw from approaches including emotion focused Individual therapy, attachment based work, mindfulness, self-compassion and somatic awareness to help you:
- Build a more peaceful relationship with food and your body
- Feel more grounded and connected to your emotions
- Develop more secure and fulfilling relationships
- Shift patterns that no longer serve you
Step to Take:
Sessions are offered online, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your home, office, vehicle or that special place.
Counselling is a place to slow down, to be met where you are, and to begin making sense of that patterns that may have felt confusing or overwhelming. So you can move forward feeling more steady, connected and like yourself again.
